Our Buyback Program, powered by Mallria’s True-Spark Lab, ensures a fair, transparent, and competitive process for selling back your jewelry, maximizing your benefit with confidence.

1. Who is Eligible

This program is exclusively for customers who purchased jewelry directly from the Jwlmerse platform.

2. What Can Be Bought Back

Jewelry made of precious metals, such as gold, platinum, and silver.
Jewelry containing certified natural or lab-grown diamonds and gemstones.
Items must be in wearable and resellable condition, as determined by Mallria’s True-Spark Lab verification process.
Original purchase invoice and certification (if applicable) are required.
Custom or engraved jewelry is eligible for buyback only at the precious metal value, as it requires melting to test purity for pricing.

3. How It Works

Submit a buyback request through your account on the Jwlmerse platform.
Upon passing the preliminary review, you will be notified to ship or deliver the item to Mallria’s designated True-Spark Lab inspection center (shipping times vary by location).
Once received, your item will enter the evaluation queue.
Our experts at Mallria’s True-Spark Lab will conduct a thorough verification process, assessing the item’s condition, authenticity, weight, metal purity, and gemstone quality (based on the 4Cs for diamonds: cut, color, clarity, carat weight, for both natural and lab-grown stones), and any visible wear or damage. A detailed report will be generated.
Non-custom jewelry will be evaluated by trusted third-party valuation partners, who submit competitive bids based on the True-Spark Lab verification report and current market trends.
Custom or engraved jewelry will be melted to determine purity and priced based on precious metal market rates.
You will receive the highest formal offer from our third-party partners (or the precious metal value for custom/engraved jewelry) within 5 business days after inspection.
If you accept the offer, payment processing time depends on the respective banking institution’s processing speed.
If you decline the offer, you are responsible for return shipping fees. If the item remains unclaimed for over 30 days after the offer is declined, Mallria’s True-Spark Lab reserves the right to handle the item as outlined in Section 5.

4. Fees

We charge an inspection fee of at least $50 or 10% of the assessed buyback transaction value, whichever is higher.

5. Important Notes

Items may only be shipped to the designated True-Spark Lab inspection center after the buyback request passes the preliminary review. Requests that do not pass will not be processed.
Shipping times and queue volume may affect total processing time.
We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet quality or authenticity standards, as determined by Mallria’s True-Spark Lab verification process.
Once buyback is confirmed, all precious metals (including those in custom or non-custom jewelry) will be melted to determine purity and priced according to market rates.
Custom or engraved jewelry is valued solely at the precious metal market price, excluding design or craftsmanship value.
Market fluctuations may impact the valuation of precious metals, natural, and lab-grown gemstones.
Non-custom jewelry is subject to competitive bidding by third-party valuation partners to ensure the highest possible return.
For transparency, you will receive a copy of the True-Spark Lab verification report detailing the item’s condition, purity test results (if applicable), and assessment criteria.
Payment processing times vary based on banking institutions.
If you decline the buyback offer, you must arrange and pay for return shipping within 30 days of the offer. If the item remains unclaimed after 30 days, Mallria’s True-Spark Lab will attempt to contact you via all provided contact methods. If no response is received, Mallria reserves the right to dispose of or otherwise handle the item (e.g., through sale, auction, or donation) in accordance with applicable local laws. Any proceeds, less disposal costs, will be reported to the relevant state authority if required.
