At Jwlmerse, we believe your jewelry should feel just as good as it looks. That’s why we offer one-time free resizing for eligible rings, ensuring your piece fits comfortably and confidently.
Eligibility
Applicable for the following ring materials:
- 18K gold plated silver: One-time free resizing
- PT950 platinum: Resizing available with a fee of 15% of the product value
Resizing requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Only standard ring designs are eligible.
Rings with full eternity settings, tension mounts, or intricate detailing may not be resizable
Size Range
We offer resizing within a ±1 US size range, including half sizes.
For example, a ring in US size 5 can be resized to US 4, 4.5, 5.5, or 6.
Requests beyond this range may not be possible and could require remaking the piece at an additional cost.

Even though resizing is free, certain situations may incur charges:

All potential charges will be assessed based on the actual condition of your ring.
Before proceeding with any service that incurs a fee, our Customer Care Team will provide you with a detailed explanation of the necessary steps and associated costs. Work will only begin once we have received your clear approval.
How to Request Resizing
1. Contact Us
Email contact@jwlmerse.com with your order number, current ring size, and desired new size.
2. Eligibility Review
Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide shipping instructions or an optional prepaid return label.
3. Ship Your Ring
Securely package your ring and send it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. We Resize and Return
Most resizing requests are completed within 7–14 business days, excluding shipping time.
Important Notes
Only one resizing request per ring is allowed
Rings resized through this service are not eligible for return or exchange
Modifications by third-party jewelers may void your Jwlmerse warranty and resizing eligibility
In rare cases, if resizing may compromise the integrity of the ring, we will notify you and suggest alternatives
